Shipping policy

At Mahi Surgical, we aim to deliver your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver all purchases made through our online store within South Africa.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and more. If your area is remote, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying areas: 5–7 business days
    Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier network issues beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping (subject to promotional offers).

  • Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team for assistance.

Delays and Exceptions

While we always strive for timely delivery, certain factors — such as public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier issues — may occasionally cause delays. We’ll communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Provide photos and your order number, and our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete before submitting your order. Mahi Surgical cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At present, we only ship within South Africa. However, we are working on expanding our services to international customers in the near future.
